Home-School Programs

All of the home-school courses offered by Wild About Art meet the standards adopted by the California State Board of Education.  In fact, students who attend our art classes throughout the school year will be advanced in these visual arts requirements and will see the benefits in other subject areas.

Home-school families enjoy our small classes sizes and  multi-age groups.  Enrollment is limited to twelve students and siblings often attend together.  Projects are designed so that each child, no matter their age or ability, is able to create a finished project they are proud of. Respect for others is modeled by the instructor and nurtured within the group. 

Courses are between four and eight weeks and take place weekly.  Each class is 1.5 hours long and consists of an introductory slide show and discussion, followed by the art project.
